- Is my info kept private?
The information you supply us will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order.. I will never share this information with a third party or sell your name to a listing agent. The only emails you will receive form us will be those pertaining to your order.
- How about security?
I follow accepted industry standards to protect your sensitive credit card information. A secure line, SSL (secure socket layer technology) is employed to process all information.
- Do you do custom orders?
I do a limited number of custom orders on a per-case basis. This may include framing, custom sizes, placement of your name on prints, etc.
- How often will the catalog have new items?
There is no set interval for displaying new prints, but new images will be displayed several times per year.
- What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me by email. I will do whatever is needed to keep you happy.
- What are my payment options?
You may pay by check, money order, PayPal, or credit card - Visa, Master Card, or American Express. Payment may be made online, by fax, or mail.
